Terry is a Mental Health First Aid Instructor and an Advanced Physical Intervention and Breakaway Instructor with over 20 years of real-world frontline experience as a manager, trainer and practitioner. Together with his wife, Gemma, he founded Oakwood Training in 2012 to help companies focus on the mental health and personal safety needs of their employees.

Dr Georgina Clifford

Georgina is a trauma specialist and experienced Clinical Psychologist with experience in NHS specialist trauma services. At the London Trauma Specialists, Dr Clifford adopts an integrative approach to treatment, using Trauma-focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Compassion-Focused Therapy and Narrative approaches.
