Terry is a Mental Health First Aid Instructor and an Advanced Physical Intervention and Breakaway Instructor with over 20 years of real-world frontline experience as a manager, trainer and practitioner. Together with his wife, Gemma, he founded Oakwood Training in 2012 to help companies in the retail sector develop a culture with employee wellbeing at the heart.

Senior Policy Adviser at the CIPD, Rachel leads their public policy work for employment relations and health and wellbeing. Rachel has recently led a range of policy and research studies about health and wellbeing at work, including the CIPD’s annual Health & Wellbeing at Work Survey Report. She represents the CIPD on key Government and external advisory groups.
